It is a low rise low density development that provides extended landscaped areas with abundant palm trees and grass lawns. Vehicle circulation has been eliminated inside the development in order to maintain a safe and pedestrian friendly environment. Therefore vehicle circulation ends with the central enclosed parking area under the middle row of villas. From there, the residents can use golf carts to move to their destinations within the community. Valet parking will be provided.

Natural colours and materials will be used to make the buildings blend with their natural settings and landscape.
