1 PROFILE I am an Architect and Urban Designer with 13+ years of professional experience in India and the USA. My career and professional work spans across Architecture, Urban Planning and Urban Design, and in various roles and capacity from Consultancy to Government to Private Developer. My main body of experience has been around planning of Townships, IT Parks and Residential Developments. Apart from these, my experience also covers private houses, educational campuses, transportation infrastructure, and feasibility studies. Having worked with eminent international firms like Johnson Fain in Los Angeles, EHDD in San Francisco and Tata Realty in Mumbai, I gained valuable experience and design knowledge. Currently I am a Freelance Consultant and a private practitioner providing design and technical consultancy in Architecture and Urban Planning/ Urban Design. I am also very active in academia, as a Visiting Faculty at Sir. J.J. College of Architecture and Rizvi College of Architecture in Mumbai. I have also presented research papers at several conferences and associated with think tanks such as The Urban Vision and IAHH (International Association for Humane Habitat). I have the capability of working with abstract conceptual ideas of a project as well as the technical details and analytical data involved in any project.
