31 City as a wooden key-player housing and service building projects of the City Helsinki Housing Production Services (ATT) has been a trailblazer in developing Finnish wooden multi-storey housing projects during past 10 years. Service facilities and properties of the City are owned, developed and managed by the Urban Environment Division.
