4 Residential Highrise The Paramount at Buckhead, Atlanta, Georgia A forty-four story, 300-unit multi-family project with a 453,322 total GSF. The project has a 5-level parking garage with 475 parking spaces. The structural system for the building is cast-in-place concrete tunnel form. Northshore - Greenwater, Austin, Texas A thirty eight (38) story, 439 apartment units, 823 parking stalls, 28,000 SF of retail space, 22,000 SF of office space and 18,700 SF of amenity space spread over 562,000 SF. The structural frame is castin-place concrete with post-tensioned flat plate floors and reinforced concrete shear walls over a drilled pier foundation. Legacy at Townlake, Austin, Texas A residential structure of 31 floors with 184 units and a nine (9) story parking garage with 312 parking spaces at 419,000 SF. The structural system for the building is cast-in-place concrete tunnel form for the tower and precast concrete for the parking structure. LEED Certified Hines Market Square, Houston, Texas A thirty two (32) story concrete residential tower. The tower has 274 units and sits on top of an 8-story enclosed garage podium with a total of 645,128 GSF. VUE Tower, Bellevue, Washington Twenty (20) story residential tower over two levels of below grade parking. The structural system is composed of two way post-tensioned flat plates and special reinforced concrete shear walls designed for seismic resistance McKinney, Dallas, Texas Twenty-seven (27) floor multi-family residential high-rise apartment project of 229 units, balconies and common area. The project also includes a parking structure, retail, commercial, leasing and recreational facilities McKinney was the first multi-family development in Dallas to receive LEED Certification.

The Sapphire, South Padre, Texas A thirty-two (32) story residential tower with approximately 592,543 SF. The tower construction is tunnel formed cast in place concrete. A parking structure approximately 585 cars. Property also includes (14) three-story bungalows. Astoria, Houston, Texas Twenty-seven (27) story residential tower, visitor parking on the first two levels, levels 2-7 are parking, level 8 is pool deck and levels 9-27 are residential units. The structural system is cast-in-place post tensioned concrete construction. Post Oak, Houston, Texas A twenty-nine (29) story residential building with 348 apartment units and a seven level parking garage with 550 spaces. The total project area of 683,807 SF. The gross residential tower area is approximately 434,302 SF. The parking garage area is 236,160 SF. The structural system is type 1 construction. Acoma, Denver, Colorado A 221 unit multi-family residential highrise apartment project. The project also includes a parking structure, retail/commercial, leasing and recreation facilities. The building area is approximately 319,090 SF. The area of the parking is approximately 139,230 SF with 332 parking spaces. The VUE, Lake Eola, Orlando, Florida A thirty-six (36) story concrete tunnel form residential tower that is approximately 690,280 gross square feet.

Catalyst, Houston, Texas A twenty-nine (29) story residential tower with an eight (8) level parking garage and a five (5) story residential wrap. The total gross of the residential area is 431,800 SF. Rendering provided by ZCA Arabella, Houston, Texas Thirty-five (35) story high rise residential project with 115 units. Residential, amenities, etc is 354,634 SF, parking garage is 139,148 SF. The structural system is flat plate post tension concrete construction. Gables Republic Square, Austin, Texas Twenty-four (24) story mixed use residential tower with street-level retail and boutique hotel. Levels 8-12 are luxury hotel rooms. The structural frame is concrete columns with post tensioned beams and slabs. Katy Station, Victory Park, Dallas, Texas Thirty (30) story residential building with 461 units. The project includes a six level plus one level below grade parking garage for approximately 625 cars. The total project area is 714,721 GSF. Structural system for the residential tower is tunnel form concrete (Outinord). The parking garage is flat plate post tension concrete.

7 Residential Highrise Infinity Harbor Point - C6, Stamford, Connecticut Twenty two (22) story residential tower with 242 units. A 317 space parking garage. The structural system for the project is tunnel form concrete (Outinord). Montrose, Houston, Texas A thirty-one (31) story residential building with 306 apartment units and 447 garage parking spaces. The total project area of 584,667 SF. The structural system is flat plate post tension concrete construction. Munoz Albin The Southmore, Houston, Texas Residential project approximately 330,000 SF of net rentable space for 233 units. The twenty-five story concrete structure includes seventeen levels of residential units, a pool deck level, six levels of parking above grade with the ground level for leasing/amenities, lobby, storage, parking, business center/cafe, etc. Upon completion will be LEED Certified. Nouvelle Tysons Corner, Virginia Twenty-two (22) story high-rise building with 574 units that wraps around a 5-level parking structure providing 705 parking spaces. With the garage structure, the gross building area is 516,666 SF and includes a clubhouse with a fitness center. LEED Silver Certified Shores of Panama, Panama City, Florida 23 story residential structure with an adjacent parking structure. The tower is 999,567 GSF. The structural system for the tower is cast in place concrete tunnel form. The adjacent parking structure is 441,744 GSF. The structural system is cast in place post tensioned concrete. Cosmopolitan, Houston, Texas A nineteen story flat plate post tension concrete residential tower, 299,258 GSF.

8 Mixed-Use Residential Brewers Hill, Baltimore, Maryland A 430 Unit residential project with 770 parking spaces provided by an eight (8) level parking structure. Residential is four (4) levels of wood framing along with a five (5) level element along Thor s Way with retail on the 1st floor. Mid Pike Block 12, Montgomery County, Maryland A wood frame four-story 159 unit residential building above a retail podium with below grade parking. The below grade parking consists of two levels (300 spaces). The gross residential area is 168,000 SF and the retail area is 24,500 SF. Broadstone, Denver, Colorado A residential mix-use project that includes the existing Piggly Wiggle building and a mix-use building that has ten (10) levels. The project is 410,768 SF. Crescent Falls Church, Falls Church Virginia A 415,000 SF mixed-use development features 214 residential units above 6,500 SF of retail with a 390-space below grade garage. The project is LEED Certified. The Residence at South Park, Charlotte, North Carolina A 150 unit residential project including 32 two-story penthouse units, 4,500 SF of amenity space, and 221 parking spaces for the residents located beneath 80,000 SF of ground level, high-end retail. 9 Residential Ashton South End, Charlotte, North Carolina An eleven (11) story building contains 310 rental units wrapped around a landscaped courtyard. The project includes a 475-space parking garage a total of 615,909 GSF. Hines WaterWall Place, Houston, Texas A 316,287SF, seven (7) story residential building with 322 luxury units, the steel-framed WaterWall Place forms a U shape surrounding a grand courtyard space. The project has a 7.5-level, 518-car parking garage. LEED Silver Certified. Cambridge Park Apartments, Cambridge, MA A multi-family residential building with 398 units. Podium style building with six(6) stories of wood frame construction over Type 3 concrete construction. The project has a clubhouse area located within the structure plus two courtyards and a parking garage with a total of 546,900 GSF. Cambridge Park Apartments Phase II, Cambridge,MA A multi-family residential building with 213 units. The two story 5,569 SF club area is located within the six story residential building with a total of 347,300 GSF Grand, Los Angeles, California A 274 unit residential apartment complex, composed of five stories of wood frame construction over two-level cast-inplace concrete podium braced by special reinforced concrete shear walls. The ground floor level includes leasing, amenities, live/work units, retail parking, and 12,000 SF of retail. The structure also has two and one half (2.5) levels of subgrade residential parking with a total of 309 spaces. The project s total gross construction area is 423,400 GSF. 936 S. Olive, Los Angeles, California A 263 unit residential apartment project. The seven (7) story structure is five stories of wood frame construction over a two-level concrete podium. The first level includes 7,000 SF of club/leasing/mail, live/work units, bike storage, bicycle storage, parking and 13,750 SF of retail tenant lease space. The structure also has three (3) levels of subgrade parking with a project total of 312 spaces. The project s total gross construction area including open space is 398,728 GSF.

Rice Village, Houston, Texas A 373 unit mix use residential project with a total construction area of 631,231 SF. Shady Grove, Rockville, Maryland Five story Type 3 wood frame residential project with 366 units, 416,078 SF. The project s precast concrete parking garage is four levels, 84,596 SF and 262 spaces Speer, Denver, Colorado A 322 unit residential apartment project. Podium style building with four(4) stories of SCA s hybrid top chord bearing wood framing System for Type V construction over a two (2) story podium Type I Post Tension Concrete System with a total 644,193 GSF. Warner Center Apartments, Woodland Hills, California A 438 unit apartment project with approximately 452,320 GSF of residential area. The clubhouse is one and half stories with approximately 9,000 SF. The project also has 4,000 SF of retail and 5,632 SF of storage area. Gables Villa Rosa, Dallas, Texas A 565,400 SF seven (7) story 309 unit mixed use apartment project with an internal six (6) level parking garage with 502 spaces.

The construction for six (6) story is wood bearing walls with bottom chord open web trusses over concrete podium. University Student Housing Phase I, Saskatchewan, Canada A student residence community at the University of Saskatchewan. Phase 1 includes two (2) identical six story student residence buildings with a total of 400 beds. Burbank Apartments LSU III, Baton Rouge, Louisiana Five-story, 235 units(696 beds) Type III wood frame construction residential building. The project also has a seven level 240,000 SF parking garage for 664 spaces and a free standing 12,000 SF clubhouse. Cardinal West Center, Fayetteville, Arkansas Five (5) story wood frame off-campus student housing adjoining the University of Arkansas campus. 471 bedrooms in a modern, green design. A seven (7) story concrete parking structure will have approximately 391 spaces. University of Texas, Arlington, Texas Four-story wood frame residential building with 128 unit (488 bed) a 6,302 SF community center for a total of 190,061 SF and a two level 458 car parking structure. Lafayette Apartments, Fayetteville, Arkansas The five and seven-story, 198 units (591 beds) residential building is steel beam and bar joist construction. The clubhouse is located within the building. The approximate total construction area of the project is 418,000 SF. The seven level precast concrete parking garage for 490 spaces.

12 Student Housing Texas A&M Highrise 717 University, College Station, Texas 17-story student housing development with 474 bedrooms (172 units). This is the tallest building in College Station. Collwood Student Apartments, San Diego, CA A unit apartment project with 250,400 total GSF with a 2 story 4,100 GSF clubhouse and a 700 car, 7 level cast in place concrete garage. Sterling Iowa Apartments Riverside, California A 212 unit (608 bed) student housing project. Buildings one and two are identical four-story wood frame residential structures. Building three is a four-story wood frame residential structure. Two-story clubhouse and a garage with one elevated concrete level. ASU Vista Del Sol, Tempe, Arizona Ten (10) four story wood-frame apartment buildings, two(2) seven story cast-in-place flat plate post tensioned concrete mix-use retail/apartment buildings, 11,000 SF community building, and a six (6) level parking structure with 1,340 spaces. Gross residential area is 768,150 SF (630 units/1,650 beds) Domus University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania A 290 residential loft apartments and over 25,000 SF of ground level retail and a five-story parking garage with controlled access to 320 spaces. Domain College Park, Hyattsville, Maryland A 256 unit residential project with parking for 380 spaces. The project is four-story wood frame residential building constructed above a two-level partially underground parking garage and retail space.

13 Student Housing TAMU Student Housing College Station, Texas A 3,410 bed student housing project. The project has the following buildings. Building C: Type IIIA five-story wood frame central building with adjacent townhouses that have a total of 734 beds. Three (3) amenity buildings in the Building C Courtyard. Building C Mirror Image Repeat: Type IIIA wood frame central building (identical mirror image repeat of Phase I with townhouses repeated from Phase I) with a total of 614 beds. Building B: Type 1 eight (8) story midrise building with townhouses that have a total of 1,886 beds. Construction for the eight (8) story is load bearing studs and metal deck. Building B: Garage has 8 levels and 1,260 spaces. Seven (7) levels of parking and 8th level is amenity with a swimming pool. Chestnut Square, Drexel University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania A double-tiered 861-bed mixed use student housing project comprised of lower 8-story and upper 18-story building sections. The structural frame is composed of hollow core precast plank supported on structural steel framing and braced with concentrically braced frames in each direction. Total area of new construction is 331,000 GSF. Campus Circle, Tallahassee, Florida Five - four (4) story wood frame buildings, 219 units with 679 beds. Project includes a clubhouse and amenity buildings. Alvarado Student Housing, San Diego, California A 332 unit student apartment project adjacent to the San Diego State University campus. The residential building is five (5) stories wood frame construction with 332 units and approximately 385,000 GSF. UTSA Student Housing, San Antonio, Texas Three story wood frame buildings, 204 units with 792 beds. Williams Village, Boulder, Colorado Two (2) six story student residential towers with approximately 190,300 GSF each tower. Both towers are steel frame composite joist and beam systems.

The five and seven-story residential building will be light steel frame (Ecospan system). The clubhouse is located within the building. The approximate total construction area of the project is 418,000 SF. The project also has a seven level castin-place concrete parking garage for 559 spaces. Chateau 10 Sunset, Houston, Texas A 43,095 ± GSF residential project. The structure is six levels of steel framed residential units over parking on the first level. Ethos Assisted Living Facility, Florence, Kentucky 81,200 SF two and three story assisted living facility with load bearing light steel framing with composite floor system. Atria Communities Grapevine, Grapevine, Texas A 65,000 SF assisted living facility. Structural system is load bearing steel framing with composite floor system. The Oasis Senior Living, Meadows Place, Texas A 90,150 GSF three (3) story assisted living building. Structural system is steel frame with composite joist/concrete deck. Homdel Assisted Living, Homdel, New Jersey Three-story assisted living facility with an area of 74,300 SF. Structural system is load bearing steel framing with composite floor system.

First Baptist Church, Cypress, Texas An 18,000 SF sanctuary with approximately seating for 700 and administrative & pastoral offices at an existing church. Saint Stephen Church Sanctuary, Louisville, Kentucky A 74,244 SF two-story church sanctuary and fellowship area. Full Gospel Temple, Dallas, Texas A 100,867 SF steel frame church Brazos Pointe Fellowship, Lake Jackson, Texas A 31,000 SF single and two story (2nd story shell) church facility consisting of multi-purpose worship space, community common area, and children s educational space. 18 Community and schools The Holocaust Museum, Houston, Texas The museum is the fourth largest Holocaust memorial museum in the United States. Construction is tilt-wall, steel and hallow core plank construction. Texas A&M Research Building, College Station A 70,000 SF three story/one story research building. The structure has a single story section that is for the Engineering Research Building. The building also has a two story section for office and labs. Fort Bend University of Houston Library, Sugar Land, Texas Two story library facility steel frame with a composite second floor and a bar joist roof system of approximately 45,000 square feet. Brazosport College Entry Plaza and Lobby, Lake Jackson, Texas A 75,000 SF plaza and Entry project which included a classroom wing, administration areas, book store, cafeteria, kitchen, student center and learning center. Patterson Elementary School, Houston, Texas Two-story 98,724 SF replacement for an existing school building with a student capacity of 946 students. LEED certified. Landtrip Elementary School, Houston, Texas A one story CMU with bar joist roof elementary school, approximately 79,839 SF. The project included renovations of a one story 6,500 SF existing structure, flagpoles, play ground equipment foundations, entry signs, pavilion structure, and play area slab.

19 Hotels and Resorts Embassy Suites Denver. Colorado An eighteen (18) story hotel with three levels of parking below grade. Total area of the building is 428,821 SF. Structural system is a blend of cast-inplace flat plate post tensioned concrete, conventional reinforced walls and tunnel form construction. Springhill Suites, Las Vegas, Nevada A twenty-five story hybrid post tension/ outinard concrete hotel. Embassy Suites CBD Houston, Texas A twenty (20) story, 262 suite hotel with 2 levels of underground parking for approximately 90 cars with a total of 221,400 SF. Duel Hotel Project - Embassy Suites and Lifestyle Hotel, Nashville, Tennessee Hotel project with a total of 743,191 ± SF. The project includes a sixteen (16) story Embassy Suites hotel with 405 guest rooms and approximately 402,160 SF plus a sixteen (16) story lifestyle hotel product with 250 rooms and approximately 159,323 SF. Three levels of below grade structured parking with 450 cars. Archer Hotel - The Shops at Napa Center, Napa California A six (6) story boutique hotel with 187 guestrooms, rooftop amenity space including fitness, spa, leisure pool, restaurant and bar facilities, ground floor retail and third floor grand ballroom. The hotel also includes a preserved historical facade with original construction dating back to Renaissance Bluebonnet, Baton Rouge, Louisiana The hotel was converted from an unfinished dormitory near evangelist Jimmy Swaggart s campus The hotel consists of 206,000 GSF with 254 guestrooms, 12,000 square feet of meeting space and an 8,000-square-foot ballroom.

Courtyard by Marriott, Pigion Forge, Tennessee A six (6) story, 137 guestroom hotel with 4,000 SF meeting room and additional amenities. AC Marriott, Bellevue Washington Nine (9) story, 148,270 SF hotel with 228 guestrooms over two levels of structured parking for 92 cars. Residence Inn, Garden Grove, California An eight (8) story Marriott Residence Inn hotel with approximately 173,364 SF.
