13 I JUST STUDIED THE SITE AND THE LOCATION OF THE LAND BASED ON GEGRAPHICAL ASPECTS WHICH I COULD CREATE THE HOUSE. THE AREA OF THE HOUSE THAT I AM DESIGNING IS 9082 SQ.FT BUT AFTER FOLLOWING THE CITY CODES AND STUDYING THE LOCATION OF THE HOUSE WITH 8' SETBACK FROM EACH SIDE AND 25' SETBACK FROM THE FRONT THERE IS ONLY 3486 SQ FT.
