1 Beautiful, newly renovated apartment with 3 rooms General information: Square footage ca. 70 m² The apartment is available for up to 6 adults and 1 baby: From the anteroom, you get to all rooms: 1 sleeping room (with double bed) 1 living room which can be used as 2 nd sleeping room (either with 3 single beds or 1 double bed and 1 single bed; additional mattresses for more than 5 guests are available) 1 kitchen which also offers a big and comfortable dining table for 5 6 people 1 bathroom 1 toilet 1 wardrobe 1 anteroom All rooms can be entered from the anteroom, and there are 2 separate sleeping rooms which can also be entered separately from the anteroom. The location close to city centre is ideal, as you can reach all major sights with public transport, most of them without changing means of public transport. Nearby, there are two metro stations (U4, U6) and three tramway stations. The metro U4 directly leads to sights such as the imperial castle Schönbrunn. The inner city with major sights such as Hofburg and St. Stephen s cathedral is only 3 metro stations away. For reaching Schottenring or the socalled Ringstraße (historical ring road) in the inner city, you can also take a tram (4 stations). The pleasant and peaceful neighborhood features bars and restaurants at the nearby Wallensteinplatz (a newly renovated place with beautiful restaurants and cafes to sit outside and enjoy the sun). There is also the well known comedy theater Vindobona and good shopping infrastructure. If you like to do sports or spend some time with your children in the park, the nearby, big baroque park Augarten provides playgrounds, an interesting course for joggers/runners and three very nice cafés within this park. This apartment is ideal for families or for more adults travelling together: Two couples would each have their private room, and all can enter facilities, which are used together (like bathroom, toilet, kitchen) from the anteroom, so everybody has his/her privacy! If you wish to use the sleeping sofa, additional mattress and the baby bed as well, even 6 adults and 1 baby can comfortably stay here. The apartment is located in a typically Viennese Art Nouveau building.

6 Location of the apartment Additional information concerning the equipment and furniture of the apartment: The apartment was beautifully renovated in This means the apartment is in a perfect state. It is located on the third floor, so it is very bright. The floors are all very beautiful, mostly equipped with wooden floors (oak timber piling) or with exclusive new tiling in the bathroom and the toilet. Internet access available: If you need internet access, we provide WLAN, which is already included in the price! The apartment is located in a turn of the century building, which was expensively renovated in All those original Viennese fin de siècle buildings have high ceilings, which mean that all rooms of the apartment have this typical, generous flair with their high rooms. Additional information concerning the price of the apartment: Price range starts with 39 Euro per night for 2 persons. The final price depends mainly on time of travel, number of persons and length of stay. Please check our special rates for last minute bookings and for longer stays! In all cases we add 40 Euro for final cleaning (if additional cleaning during your stay is needed, this has to be paid extra > is no problem, if you let us know in advance!). Prices are applicable for usual times of arrival and departure (arrival at 14:00 or later; departure until 10:00). Late check out or early check in might be arranged, but we have to know in advance.

7 Comments of previous guests (English) Amazing Place to Stay! I would recommend this apartment to anyone! It is a very large apartment that can easily sleep 6 people (2 in the bedroom, 4 in the living room) and is even nicer than it looks in the pictures. It also has a very large bathtub. Upon arrival the entire apartment was very clean, and it has everything you need for your stay including extra towels and bedding, and plenty of dishes in the kitchen. There is even coffee and tea stocked in the cupboard. I didn't spend much time exploring the neighbourhood so can't say much about it. The host is really nice and very helpful, and even put together a book detailing nearby attractions and other useful info. I would definitely stay here again!! (Megan L., U.S.A.) Excellent apartment for a bigger family Our large family rented this apartment for 1 month. The large living room was perfect for a bedroom for our children. There is a curtain at the doorway to provide privacy in that room. The separate bedroom has a double bed and a desk and chair and was also comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Seating was a bit tight for 7 people, but manageable, and would be quite comfortable for a smaller number. The landlady was excellent, quickly responding to any request or concern, and going above and beyond to ensure we had all that we needed. It is a short walk to the U Bahn, making it easy to get into the city center. Groceries, drug stores, and pharmacies are close by. It is an excellent apartment for a holiday or for temporary accommodations when relocating to Vienna. Nice and clean apartment for a family with two toddlers The appartment was nice and clean and quite spacious.the pre arrival communication was very good and the owner even provided details for taxi as well as we were arriving later in evening.we stayed with two toddlers and had no problems.the property was 7 min walk from tube station and had two playgrounds on a few min walk distance.the tram was also a short walk.there were quite a few restaurants and a supermarket at distance of 5 min.there were a few halal food shops nearby as well. Upon arrival the apartment was very clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet, hall way, one bedroom and a living room that can be transformed into an additional bedroom that can sleep three (in real beds). The location is local and very safe. There are number of restaurants in the local area, Vegetable and Meat Market, a Billa supermarket, kid s park around the corner and you are only 10 minute walk to Vienna s Augarten Baroque Park. If you are staying for a week in the apartment I recommend you get the 8 day Vienna Pass, which gives you unlimited travel on public transport, which makes travel very easy. Finally, the owner, is exceptionally accommodating, honest and will help with any issues you have or additional needs. For example we have a young family and she provided a crib and some children s DVD s etc. Therefore, I would recommend the apartment for anyone wishing to visit Vienna. (Adam V., U.S.A.)

8 Very good apartment for a family We had very nice holidays in the apartment! It fully met our requirements, especially the spacious sleeping room for the kids and the other sleeping room for us parents was very good. And of course a dishwasher in the big kitchen is perfect if you travel with many people ;) We enjoyd our stay very much!
