The very eye-catching geographic position, lush green scenery, and a pleasant climate were some of the main reasons for the quick development of tourism in this part of Croatia. The nearest airport is approximately 40 km away, and the gorgeous beach about 200 metres, close to Lovran centre and marina Icici. The private rental villa, constructed in 2010, is in a sunny and very quiet location with ocean view and beautiful night view of the Rijeka city.the luxury villa easily accommodates 10 people in a living space of 650sqm. From the entrance hall on the ground floor guests will reach the chic living room, the beautiful modern kitchen and dining room. The living areas are decorated throughout with amazing artworks and designer furniture. A utility room and inside balcony/gallery with a beautiful chandelier can be found on the first floor. The floors are connected by an elaborate spiral staircase. Additional comforts include Internet, air conditioner, CD player, DVD player, flat screen TV, and a barbecue grill. There are four spacious bedrooms and five bathrooms. On the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed and single bed with an en suite bathroom and terrace access. There is also a separate WC for guests. On the first floor are three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Two of them have private balconies and one, with an extra bed, is ideal for children. In the basement it has a spacious wellness/spa area with two saunas, a solarium, big inside Jacuzzi and a tanning bed. Aquarium style windows open to the pool. A small wine cellar is also located on this level. Outside you will find a large 70 square meters private pool and sun terrace with sun chairs and a view of the ocean. The landscaped garden and lawn is well tended with various terraced Mediterranean plants. There is a garage for two cars and more than enough outside parking space.
