A long driveway leads out to the house which is facing south, having sun all day round on the patio and the pool. The house is on 2 floors and comfortably sleeps 6 people. The French windows in the kitchen and the lounge allow you to step out on the patio from where you have views on the pool and the mountains Les Alberes. On the ground floor you have the spacious lounge (with reversible air-conditioning) with dining area and television corner, as well as the master bedroom with air-conditioning and en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with next door utility room. On the first floor you have a double bedroom with private terrace, a twin bedroom, a shower room and separate toilet. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning. The garage is big enough to park 2 cars and there is also private parking. You have a big garden to enjoy, fully fenced, with electric gate so that children can play safely. Villa Laroque is a nice place to stay with the village center only a footstep away. In the morning it s only a 5min. walk to the baker to fetch your croissants or in the evening you can walk up to one of the restaurants and all enjoy a glass of wine.
