We currently manage over 100 properties in London Our typical client profile is a business traveller working for one of the major banks or solicitors firms in central London or the city and have an average stay length ranging from 2 weeks to 1 month. We currently manage over 100 properties in London, ranging from studio apartments in Piccadilly Circus to 5 Bedroom Houses in Kensington. All our properties are within very desirable locations that attract a very discerning clientele. Given the quality of the properties we operate as well as the high-end clientele they attract our overall service package is maintained to a very high standard. What is a Serviced Apartment? A serviced apartment is a fully furnished apartment available for both short-term as well as long-term stays, providing all the hotel-like amenities. Serviced apartments typically include soft-furnishings and cooking utensils so that long term tenants need not bring their own, and have all the services like housekeeping, front office, parking & others included in the rent. A quick introduction to Flexiflat Flexiflat are currently one of the market leaders for serviced apartment management in central London. Corporate Tenancy All our letting are corporate lets meaning that we do not have the rights that an individual tenant would have under a typical AST, such as to stay beyond any contractual terms. You will not have to deal with the hassle of evicting a troubled tenant. Reputable Tenant We are a reputable company with offices in Soho central London. We are experienced and knowledgeable about the market and the large number of properties we manage provide a safety buffer ensuring your rents will always be paid fully and on time. No Agency Fee As we will be renting directly from you, you will not pay any agency fees. This will save you an average of 7-10% on rents annually compared to renting to individuals on ASTs. No Management Fee We employ our own full time management team, maintenance personnel and handy man. These savings pass automatically unto you as a Landlord so you can rest assured we will not be calling you or invoicing you for small wear and tear issues or repairs. The savings on rent will range from 5-15% annually. Experience We have been operating successfully in central London for many years now. We know the market and understand the laws. Property is constantly inspected As we offer cleaning and maintenance as standard to all our clients, this means that your property is inspected at least once a week and any maintenance issues are rectified immediately. Large Financial Capacity We typically hold around 100,000 in savings and in our last financial year of our company turnover was over 2,500,000. We are insured! As a company, we have professional liabilities insurance up to 5,000,000 which extends unto any property we manage. Our service is great!
