Urban - architectural design competition on-going. Once the first prize design is awarded, preliminary design to be prepared. After preliminary design, design and build under Yellow FIDIC Book possible. 2 Belgrade Waterfront Approach Roads January % of land plot forming completed, Conceptual design prepared. Two New Belgrade building plots CP3 and CP5 under court appeal. Savski Trg design competition of ideas required. Resolving acquisition issues and provision of Location Conditions. Once location conditions are provided, design development will follow, as well as building permit issuance and construction. Tenders will be arranged continuously street by street, aiming at completion of all of the works in Ada Bridge Tram 1st April Preliminary design prepared. Building Permit issued. Tender for Construction on-going. Construction 4 Savska - Dunavska Slopes Tunnel Oct Design 2018 Works Detailed Regulation Plan contracted. Variants prepared. It's been decided to go to the next development phase with two variants. Contract for conceptual design including preliminary design elements signed. Development of conceptual designs including preliminary design elements, variant selection, plan completion and tender for the Design for the Building Permit and construction.

13 North Arterial Tangent Road (NATR) Southern and Western Part 1 Bridge over the Danube River - Ada Huja to Pancevo Road Commencemen t of Works December 2017 Design Second half of 2018 Construction Completion of Works End of 2021 Investment Value (EUR) Past and On-going Activities General Design with preliminary design elements was prepared in Feasibility study with conceptual designs prepared by JETRO for the purposes of the STEP loan by the Government of Japan. Detailed Regulation Plan prepared and approved. Forming of land plots on-going, CM of Krnjaca completed, Srbijavode Company has submitted the appeal. There are 31 claims and 3 complaints in CM of Visnjica. There are 60 facilities on the route between Pancevo Road and Slanacki Road in total. Taking into consideration the situations like this, a request for amendments to the Law submitted to Republic Geodetic and Cadastre Authority. Tender for Preliminary Design and Feasibility Study on-going. Future Activities Preliminary design for bridge construction with accompanying roads. Request for protection of rights submitted, outcome awaited. 2 Borska Lasta Sectors 1 and 2 April 2017 Early Design for the Building Permit and for construction under preparation. Acquisition issues are being resolved in parallel. During cooperation with Srbijagas Company some new procedural activities emerged. In case acquisition issues are resolved by March 2017, contract signing and commencement of construction will follow. 3 Borska Lasta Sector 3 September 2017 September Design development and solving of acquisition issues on-going. In case acquisition issues are resolved by June 2017, contract signing and commencement of construction will follow.

14 Commence ment of Works North Arterial Tangent Road (NATR) Southern and Western Part Completion of Works Investment Value (EUR) Past and On-going Activities Future Activities 4 Patrijarha Pavla Street (from ICSRR to Pionirska Street) Patrijarha Pavla Street (from Pionirska Street 5 to Pere Velimirovica Street) 6 Pere Velimirovica Street 1st September March 2018 End of Mid of Design documents prepared, location conditions issued. Land plots formed. Design sent to Republic Audit Committee for review. Acquisition issues under resolution. Design documents prepared, location conditions issued. Some of the land plots have not been formed yet due to the appeals. Acquisition issues are being resolved for the land plots formed. Building plot formed and resolving of acquisition issues commenced. Road Main Design including infrastructure prepared. Since there is a legalized building the value of which is estimated to EUR 5 million the route has been reconsidered and variants prepared. Amendments to the Plan possible so as to avoid solving of acquisition issues in the current scope. Once the acquisition issues are resolved, contract signing and construction will follow. Changes to DRP, land plots forming and design development. 7 Borska Street June 2018 End of Land plots forming started in 2010, land plots P2, P3, P4 and part of P1 formed, and another part is under the appeal against previous requests made in 2005 and on, in CM of Stara Rakovica. Once land plots are formed solving of acquisition issues and design will follow.

One of the building plots formed is currently under error correction in Cadastre. Possibility for exception from the planning document is currently reconsidered so as to avoid exhumation of illegal graves in Mokri Lug cemetery and demolition of part of the operating building of GSP "Kosmaj". Future Activities Planning document amendment possible or allotment design development in order to avoid exhumation of illegal graves in Mokri Lug cemetery and demolition of part of the operating building of GSP "Kosmaj". Solving of acquisition issues, design documents preparation subject to Revision Committee's review, issuance of the building permit and construction to be continued. 9 NATR from highway to Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra (King Alexandar Boulevard) Preliminary Design prepared in DRP adopted. Land plots division on-going. Once land plots are divided, solving of acquisition issues, design and construction will follow. 10 NATR from Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra (King Alexandar Boulevard) to Belgrade 20 Power Substation Preliminary Design prepared in DRP adopted. Land plots division on-going. Once land plots are divided, solving of acquisition issues, design and construction will follow. 11 NATR from Beograd 20 Power Substation to Slanacki Put Preliminary Design prepared in DRP adopted. Land plots division on-going. Once land plots are divided, solving of acquisition issues will follow.

Urgent steps taken, land plots division not started. Taking into consideration situations like this, a request for amendments to the Law has been submitted to the Republic Geodetic and Cadastre Authority Once land plots are formed solving of acquisition issues, provision of location conditions and design development will follow.

Tenders were incomplete. Tenderer s elected in the Negotiated Tender Procedure. Des ign development on-going, building permit is suance and construction to follow. 4 Parking Lot Underneath ICSRR July 2017 October Design for the parking lot included in the procurement under Item 3 above. Invitation to Tender for parking lot construction works will be made once the data from the Des igner are obtained. Tender for Construction 5 Bus Station Building and Platforms Augus t It was agreed to arrange tender for bus s tation des ign including s tation platforms for the final position defined in the DRP. Tender procedure conducted and contracting on-going. A Decision made to return the land requested under res titution procedure. After contract signing the des ign development, tender for cons truction works and is suance of the building permit and cons truction will follow.
