8 OCCUPATIONAL MARKET Demand for well located, good quality distribution warehouse space has increased significantly over the previous 2-3 years with a noticeable reduction in available units. Take up of logistics space in 2016 was the largest on record with the logistics availability rate now at its lowest level on record.
