7 MANAGEMENT TEAM The Management Team have been involved in property markets across five continents of the world. Their seniority in these markets provides a combined total of over 60 years of experience across projects that range in value from 1m up to 500 million.

8 LEIGH HEYWOOD entered the property industry in 2004 after 21 years sales experience and, based in the North West of the UK, his sales team sold 784 apartments across 27 different sites between 2005 and After the financial crash of 2008, he streamlined his operation in the UK and took his team out to Portugal for 18 months where we successfully sold 210 properties. These sales included a mixture of second hand villas and completed developments. Leigh Heywood CEO, Aston Darby Global By 2014, Leigh had moved into development opportunities and began the inception of the Truffle product working alongside his partners at Great British Estates. At this time, the UKs forecast for residential and commercial property development foretold that the property industry would be primarily concentrated in this area.
