Confirmation of Pre-Screening. 12. Only in case the documents are approved in the Pre Screening Board, the date of screening will be confirmed to you by this office. Final Screening 13. In case the documents get approved for the screening, then the prospective tenant to be present in this office 10:00 AM on the scheduled screening day. 14 The following documents must be submitted to this office by 10:30 AM the previous day. In case previous day is a holiday, then the documents must reach this office duly completed two days prior of to the day of screening :- (a) Screening Application And Family Details Duly Affixed Photographs. (f) I /We will not use the society premises for learning of car / scooter driving in the township. (g) I /We will not litter / leave the Garbage bags in common area; will segregate bio degradable garbage and general garbage everyday and provide the same to housekeeping staff. (h) I /We will not use invertors / tamper with electric connection. (i) I /We will not litter the lobby, lifts and other common areas. (j) I /We will not hang clothes in the outer balcony. (k) I /We will not buy or allow any outside milk vendor without proper security pass to sell milk to me /us. (l) I /We will not use newspaper/printed paper on glass windows which are seen from outside. (m) I /We will adhere to the traffic rules within the society. (n) I /We will adhere to the speed limits within society. (o) I /We will not dump my luggage / boxes in the parking space in the society. (p) I /We will not engage an aya / domestic helper who are not in possession of pass. (q) I or any member of my family will not indulge in any action which causes inconvenience to fellow residents. In case it happens. RWA can issue me two notices and in case I/any member of my family repeat such action, the RWA is empowered to get my flat vacated and I will have no objection to the same. (r) I will abide by all the society norms as issued by RWA from time to time. (s) I/we will take all measures to ensure safety of the apartment and fellow residents of the tower like puthing off the LPG/PNG while going out. In case of any action of mine/ours affecting the safety & security of the residents, I am liable to be evicted from the township by by the RWA. (t) In case, failure to paying of rent for consecutive two months gets reported to RWA, the tenant is liable to be evicted from the township. (u) In case any cheque issued as a rent by the tenant bounces, then the said tenant is liable to be evicted by RWA from the township/beside Rs 1000/- Penalty. (u) In case the owner directs me to vacate the house at short notice /duration, I will not approach RWA for any dispensation. (v) On vacating the premises no vehicle shall be left behind (w) Helmet shall be use by self and family members while during 2 wheeler. 2. In case of any dispute arising between the owner and tenant during the period of tenancy, President of RWA, AWHO Gurjinder Vihar, or his representative will act as an Arbitrator for the solution of the said dispute. The decision of the Arbitrator shall be final. 3. Further, I / We accept that in case of any violation of the above terms and condition and Bye Laws of the RWA, the RWA is at liberty to cancel my / our agreement and that I / We shall vacate the premises within 48 hrs.
