SAG DSC: A digital signature is essentially the equivalent of a hand-written, with data in electronic form being attached to other electronic subject data (Invoice, Payment slip, Contract, etc) as a means of authentication. Digital signature is not just a picture of the hand written signature. It is a digital signature that uses a cryptographic transformation of data to allow the recipient of the data, to prove the origin and integrity of the subject data. In addition to this digital signature the electronic signature also has user authentication via digital certificate, smart card or biometric method. In other words digital signature ensures authentication or attestation of digital messages, hence confirming the recipient of a digital message of both the identity of the sender & the distinctiveness of the message. 4 DIGITAL SIGNATURE A Digital Certificate is an attachment to an electronic message used for security purposes. The most common use of a digital certificate is to verify that a user sending a message is who he or she claims to be, and to provide the receiver with the means to encode a reply. An individual wishing to send an encrypted message applies for a digital certificate from a Certificate Authority (CA). The CA issues an encrypted digital certificate containing the applicant's public key and a variety of other identification information. The CA makes its own public key readily available through print publicity or perhaps on the Internet. The recipient of an encrypted message uses the CA's public key to decode the digital certificate attached to the message, verifies it as issued by the CA and then obtains the sender's public key and identification information held within the certificate. With this information, the recipient can send an encrypted reply. WHAT IS USB TOKENS? For security reasons, your Digital Certificate should be stored on a hardware device, such as a Cryptographic USB Token. These tokens store your Digital Certificate securely and ensure that nobody else has access to your private key except you. One of the most important properties of the cryptographic USB token is that your Private Key stored on the token, can never be copied out of the token. As a result, during a digital signing operation, the Digital Signature is created directly on the token. Security for your Private Key is further enhanced through the mandatory use of a password to access the contents of the cryptographic USB token. All said and done, the cryptographic USB Token is very simple to use. 5 1. USB TOKEN & DSC 1.1 USB TOKEN Company provides two types of Tokens :- 1.2 DSC Alladin Token Feitian Token We are providing different types of DSC of SAFE SCRYPT (SIFY) only. 2. PRICES Class 2 Individual having One Year Validity Class 2 Individual having Two Year Validity Class 2 Organisation having Two Year Validity Class 3 Organisation having One Year Validity Class 3 Organisation having Two Year Validity Encryption having Two Year Validity Before paying the prices of DSC or Tokens you have to confirm the Bank Accounts in which you have to make the payments. The company is having separate Bank Accounts for DSC and USB Tokens:- USB TOKEN: - SAG Infotech s Bank Account Is applicable DSC: - SAG Infotech Pvt Ltd s Bank Account Is applicable. For Prices of these dsc & token refer to - ANNEXURE - 1 Prices can be revised any time during the Year. The company will inform the revised Prices on its website and effected date. 3. PARTNERS The company provides a partnership with suitable candidates for our DSC. You can apply for partnership by filling the form by following the link given below :- The SAG Infotech Pvt Ltd will contact the suitable candidate to discuss the terms and conditions. We provide three types of partnerships to our channel partners: LRAA: - LRAA is the Channel Partners of the Company in which we provide them their separate Log in Panel. All the processing they have to do themselves. Stock will be Transferred by the Company to LRAA. They have to submit the DSC Application Forms at the nearby SIFY Office. LRAA will work as a Company is. When the LRAA required any Stock then LRAA put the order and the Company will Transfer the DSC Stock. Inventory of Stock will be kept by the LRAA Login Only. LRAA can further appoint partners under him / her. If LRAA wishes, then the Company will provide the DSC Software. 6 LRAA Agreement Form Forms must be filled by using Blue Pen only, no other colors of pen are acceptable. Use of Whitner is prohibited in the Form. A valid and clear ID Proof is required. A valid and clear Address Proof is required. Cross Signature is compulsory over the Photograph Company Registration Number / VAT / Sales Tax / Service Tax Number All Documents Attached should be Self Attested ASSOCIATE: - This type of DSC partnership is provided to those Partners who are interested in buying the DSC in bulk. A minimum number of 25 DSC they have to purchase. There is no time limit for selling for our Associate Partners. They can sale the purchased amount of DSC as per their convenience. Agreement with the SAG Infotech Pvt Ltd on 100/- Stamp Paper. Original will be kept by the Company. A valid and clear ID Proof is required. A valid and clear Address Proof is required NON ASSOCIATE: - This type of partnership is provided to those persons who take DSC not in Bulk. They can buy DSC as per the requirements on a need basis. 4. SERVICES Virtually DSC doesn t require any kind of support and services once purchased. So We don t provide any support or services regarding DSC or USB Token. 5. PAYMENT Before depositing any amount to the company the LRAA, Associate and Non Associate must confirm the amount to be deposited and Bank Account in which they have to deposit the amount. 7 If Client is depositing the amount and Bank Charges any amount in this regards then Client has to deposit Bank Charges also. If the amount is charged by Bank from our Bank Account then it will be treated that Client has deposited less amount. Examples of these types of transitions are Cash Deposit, ATM Deposit etc. 6. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR DSC It s compulsory to Fill DSC Application Form using the DSC Software. Otherwise we will not process the Application Form. This Condition is applicable for Associate & Non-Assocites. Class 2 Class 3 DSC Application Form Cross Signature is compulsory over the Photograph Forms must be filled by using Blue Pen only, no other colors of pen are acceptable. Address Proof must of latest 3 months only (Eg Electricity Bill, Telephone Bill Etc.) COMMITEMENT TO THE CLIENT Any verbal commitments from the Employee of the Company, Associates & Non Associates to you regarding DSC or USB Token etc. will not be entertained by the company until and unless it s not taken in written confirmation from us through dsc.sag@gmail.com or sagsdo@gmail.com. 8. DSC STOCK IS NON TRANSFERABLE OR REFUNDABLE OR CANCELLED Once DSC or USB Token is purchased by the LRAA, Associate and Non Associate. It cannot transfer the stock in the name of others. It is neither Refundable nor Cancellable. 9. COMMUNICATION WITH COMPANY LRAA, Associates & Non Associates are compelled to use their registered mail-id for the communication regarding DSC details. They must send the mail to dsc.sag@gmail.com or sagsdo@gmail.com not any other mail ids. Sending mail to any other mail id and not from there registered mail id will be considered invalid. 8 Associates will send the mail to the company only on this mail id which is or Associates & Non Associates will not send any mail to any Staff or other ID of the Company and also not share the mail id s to the client except the dsc.sag@gmail.com or sagsdo@gmail.com. Associates & Non Associates will not contact with the Company Employees personal Nos. for any assistance. All the communication will be done in Office hours. Office Hours of the Company are Monday to Friday am to 7.00 pm and Saturday am to 5.00 pm. Sunday will be Off. National Holidays Company Office will be closed. 10. DSC ISSUANCE PROCEDURE DSC Software is Compulsory to use for Associates & Non-Associates from First you have to fill the form by accessing their Log in Panel. After that they have to Courier us the DSC Form, Associates will receive an immediate SMS alert containing No. of DSC Forms received by the Company when we will receive the Courier. We will check the Forms and sent the SMS for Defective Forms if any Form has any deficiency. If a form is perfect, then Associate will receive the SMS for Enrollment. After that Associates will enroll the DSC from their end after DSC is enrolled. We will approve it by sending an SMS that LRA has Approved, Pending for CA Approval. When the CA will approve, then Associate will receive the SMS of Download the DSC. User can get the different Repots such as Courier Send to the Company. Courier Send but not received by the Company.
