Activity B2 Recurring Charges (per candidate scanning) Recurring Charges (per Registration Cards) You are requested to deposit a Bank guarantee of 10% of the total value of work order as a security in the form of a Bank guarantee. You have also to execute an agreement for the above work on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 50/- containing description of job to be done which may be submitted with in a week's time from the date ofthis letter alongwith the above Bank guarantee (as per copy enclosed).

2 PENALTY CLAUSE: any variation of datalmismatch of Photo and other particulars shall be treated as errors and the agency shall be solely responsible. In case of error in data I.e. variation between documents and database. The following penalty shall be applicable.
