Along with the power to create the Rules & Regulations goes the responsibility of enforcement, and if necessary, the taking of disciplinary action against violators. In general, the rules pertain to activities in areas specifically under the control of the club. These areas are the four beaches, picnic and recreation areas, the four greenbelts, the lake, dam and north and south shore areas and all roads between the west entrance bridge and the east end area. In certain specific areas, the Rules & Regulations are directed to actions regarding the members' property. These rules are kept to a minimum and are intended to control only those actions that are of concern to the whole community. A. MOTORISTS 1.
