PRA s Madison office is located in the 2310 Crossroads Drive office building within the development and they are the architect for the master plan. Both buildings are owned by Investors Associated and were designed by Plunkett Raysich Architects.
3 About the Development The Park at High Crossing, is in a high growth area on the east side of Madison, Wisconsin. Investors Associated, LLP ( Investors Associated ) purchased approximately fifty (50) acres of vacant land and nine (9) buildings in The Park at High Crossing. With the intent of longterm ad investment in high quality, well maintained buildings within the development. We have a master plan to develop a new town center with a wide variety of complimentary uses and opportunities for tenants. Vitality Both employees and employers are attracted to the quality of life in the City of Madison, which has consistently received high ranks for its park system, healthy community, economic growth, and livability for young and old alike. Tenants of The Park at High Crossing have quick and easy access to Madison s east side and downtown districts which both provide a wide array of dining, music, sports and entertainment options. Investors Associated has begun fulfilling its vision for creating a work-live-play destination in The Park at High Crossing. Investors Associated believes that a number of factors, including its plan to add additional commercial space, mixed-use space with a blend of neighborhood restaurants, local and national retail and a residential presence of up to 500 units at The Park at High Crossing, in addition to the approximately 800 residential units planned on the adjacent property and the anticipated expansion of Lien Road into downtown Madison, makes this location the place to be in the immediate future in Madison.
