Number ~~~~cr ~~~ To prevent the application ofpart lot control to part of Registered Plan 43M-1577 WHEREAS subsection 50(5) ofthe Planning Act, R.S.O c.p.13, has imposed part lot control on a\l lands within registered plans within the City; AND WHEREAS, pursuant to subsection 50(7) ofthe Planning Act, the Council ofa municipality may by by-law provide that part lot control does not apply to lands within such registered plans or parts thereof as are designated in the by-law; NOW THEREFORE the Council ofthe Corporation ofthe City ofbrampton hereby ENACTS as follows: I.
