FIFTHLY: All those portions of the bed and shore, situate, lying and being in the said Lac La Biche and being more particularly comprised of: A. The spits adjoining the said islands. B. A strip of bed and shore adjoining each of the said spits, measuring one hundred (100) meters in width, the said strips extending fifty (50) meters on either side of the said spits, the distance being measured perpendicularly from the center-line of the spits. C. A fifty meter wide strip of bed and shore, adjoining each of the said islands, the distance being measured perpendicularly from the bank. SIXTHLY: All those portions of the north west quarter of section twenty-one (21) and the said north east quarter of section twenty (20) of the said sixty-seventh (67) township in the thirteenth (13) range, west of the fourth (4) meridian, comprising a causeway connecting the said Long Island with Lot seventy-five (75) of Lac La Biche Settlement.
