2 CORPORATION OF DELTA RESUMPTION ORDER AND ARTERIAL HIGHWAY (1027R) DESIGNATION ORDER NO I Definitions 1 In this order: "applicable highway" means a highway shown outlined in bold, or otherwise identified, on the applicable plans, the soil and freehold of which was vested in the Corporation of Delta under section 35 (1) (a) of the Community Charter (a) in the case of applicable plans BCP43669, EPP4465, EPP9191, EPP9359, EPP4464 and EPP4490, on the deposit of the applicable plan in the New Westminster Land Title Office, or (b) in any other case, on the coming into force of that section; "applicable plans" means the plans deposited in the New 'e 'minster Land Title Office set out in Schedule A; "specified part" means the parts of an applicable highway shown outlined in bold on the plans attached as Schedule B Resumption of property or interest 2 Qn the recommendation of the minister yesponsible for the Transportation Act, the property or interest in the specified part of an applicable highway is resumed by the Provincial government for the purpose of making the designation in section 3 Designation of arterial highway 3 On the recoinmendation of the minister responsible for the Transportation Pict, and effective on the resumption described in section 2, the specified parts of the applicable highways are designated as arterial highways page 2 of 14
