Rauch and Kelly L. Chenoweth ("Unit Owner", the owners of unit J (the "Unit" in the Association. WITNESSETH The Board administers the condominium located in the City of Chicago, County of Cook, State of Illinois, legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof; The property was submitted to the Illinois Condominium Property Act ("Act" pursuant to the Declaration recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois as Document No as amended by the Amended and Restated Declaration of Condominium Ownership and of Easements, Restrictions, Covenants and By-Laws for Carl Sandburg Village Condominium Association No. 7 ("Amended and Restated Declaration" recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois on February 6, 2009 as Document No THIS INSTRUMENT WAS PREPARED BY AND AFTER RECORDING RETURNED TO: Georgia A. 2 The Declaration was further amended by the Amendment to Declaration of Condominium Ownership for Carl Sandburg Village Condominium Association No. 7 Combination of Units 4101J and 4102J ("Combination Amendment", recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois on March 20, 2013 as Document No , and re-recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois on April11, 2013, as Document No , to correct scriveners' errors. The Combination Amendment legally combined the Units previously described in the Declaration as Unit 4101 J and Unit 41 02J into a new Unit thereafter described as Unit J. Upon recording of the Combination Amendment, the percentage ownership interest assigned to Unit J is.4954% which is the sum of the percentage ownership interests previously assigned by the Declaration to Units 41 01J and 41 02J. Section 31 of the Act provides that a Unit Owner may subdivide a Unit and relocate common elements affecting thereby by making a written application to the Board of Directors requesting an amendment to the Declaration setting forth a proposed reallocation to the new units of the percentage interest in the common elements. Thereafter, the Board, by a majority vote, may approve of the proposed subdivision and the subdivision shall become effective upon recording of an amendment to the Declaration executed by the Association and the owners of the Unit involved. Pursuant to Section 31 of the Act, the Unit Owner submitted a written application to the Board requesting an amendment to the Declaration to subdivide Unit J and to reallocate to the new units the percentage interest in the common elements as set forth hereinbelow. Pursuant to ectjon 31 of the Act, the Board, by a majority vote, held at an open Board meeting on t!,:trj/;.1;.2q 2011, approved of the Unit Owner application to amend the Declaration to subdivide Unit J and to reallocate to the new units the percentage interest in the common elements as set forth hereinbelow. NOW, THEREFORE, at the application of the Unit Owner, by the approval of the Board, and pursuant to the authority granted by Section 31 of the Act, the Declaration is hereby amended as follows: 1. Unit J is subdivided into two (2 Units hereinafter described as Unit 4101 J and Unit 41 02J 2. The percentage interest in the Common Elements for Unit 4101J and Unit 4102J, as subdivided, shall be reallocated as follows: Unit Number 4101J 4102J Percentage of Ownership.1883%.3071%.4954%

Any Limited Common Element, including but not limited to storage lockers, assigned to Unit 4101J prior to the recording of the Combination Amendment shall hereinafter be assigned to Unit 4101J. 4. Any Limited Common Element, including but not limited to storage lockers, assigned to Unit 41 02J prior to the recording of the Combination Amendment shall hereinafter be assigned to Unit 41 02J. 5. The Plat of Survey attached as Exhibit B to the Combination Amendment recorded with the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois as document number , accurately depicts the subdivision of Unit J into two (2 separate Units described as Unit 4101J and Unit 4102J. 6. Except as otherwise modified herein, the Declaration shall continue in full force and effect.
