Box 7800, Tavares, Florida, 32778, (hereinafter referred to as County ), in favor of The City of Leesburg, Florida, a Florida Municipal Corporation, whose address is P.O. Box , Leesburg, FL 34749, the successor in interest to the Plantation at Leesburg Limited Partnership. WITNESSETH, that County, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100---($10.00)--- Dollars, in hand paid by Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby release unto Grantee forever, all right, title, interest, claim and demand which County has in and to the lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County of Lake, State of Florida, more fully described as: AS SET FORTH ON EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN. This Partial Release of Easement is given to release and remove a portion of Parcel 1 of a Conservation Easement recorded in Official Records Book 1309, Page 1213, and a portion of Tract B as shown on the Plat of The Plantation at Leesburg Riverwalk Village recorded in Plat Book 35, Pages The Partial Release is being given in exchange for a Conservation Easement as described in attached Exhibit B, recorded in Official Records Book, Page, and shown as Tract B on the Plantation at Leesburg Riverwalk Village Partial Replat, recorded in Plat Book, Page, all recorded in Public Records of Lake County, Florida. 2 JOINDER AND CONSENT TO PARTIAL RELEASE OF CONSERVATION EASEMENT St. Johns River Water Management District, an agency of the State of Florida created pursuant to Chapter 373, Florida Statutes, whose address is P.O. Box 1429, Palatka, Florida 32178, has the ability to enforce, and must consent to a partial release of the conservation easement recorded in Official Records Book 1309, Pages 1213 through 1221, in the Public Records of Lake County, Florida, and therefore hereby joins in, ratifies and consents to the execution of the above partial release of conservation easement, more particularly described in Exhibit A, in exchange for a conservation easement as described in Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
