Rent Notes: At the commencement of each Extension Term, the annual Rent will increase by twelve percent (12%) over the annual Rent amount paid during the previous term, and shall remain fixed at such amount throughout each Extension Term. In consideration for the expansion of the Equipment Area, Tenant agrees to pay Landlord an additional Six Hundred Fifty ($650) Dollars under the same terms and conditions contained in Section 4(a) of the Lease.
