20 Installation Check List / Toilet Stalls Date: Project: Pilasters are mounted securely at base and that no twisting occurs. Stainless steel boots are securely attached. Pilasters are plumb. Pilasters are spaced properly for consistent gap between doors and pilasters. Doors are mounted at proper and equal heights. Door hinges are lubricated and cams are properly set for door position. Coat hook and bumper is properly installed. Concealed latch is functional and lines up with strike and keeper. Panels are square to walls and pilasters. Panels are mounted at proper height. Head rail is properly fastened at wall brackets and to pilasters. When continuous length cannot be used, head rail is spliced cleanly and only over pilasters. Screws into metal are all present and tight. Screws into walls are into proper backing or anchors. No scratches, dents or other blemishes are present on painted material. No excessive gaps exist between panels, pilasters and/or walls. Urinal screen top post cap siliconed in and bottom set screw tight. Installer: Comments:
