3 Amendment for RFP for Supply and Installation of storage enclosures (with Disks) at DC & DR In reference to the Request for Proposal for Supply and Installation of storage enclosures (with Disks) at DC & DR, reference no. InfoTech Project SEWA 2016/Storage/ dated: 24/03/2016, the following Amendment & Clarifications are issued herewith. All other terms and conditions of the RFP document remain unchanged. Please treat this Amendment & Clarifications provided herewith as an integral part of the RFP document issued. The Bidder is required to use the revised Annexure at the time of bid submission. 1. 4 Section 1- Amendment in RFP Clause RFP Detail SL. RFP Reference 1 Section 3, Scope of Work, Clause no 3.1. Page no 19 Existing RFP Clause The Bidder is required to supply & implement the Storage Enclosures (with Disks) within 4 weeks from the date of issuance of PO by AIC. For any delay in supply & installation, the bidder is required to pay 1% of the product & installation cost for per week of delay or part thereof with a maximum penalty of 10% of product and installation cost. Modified Clause Please read the revised clause as "The Bidder is required to supply & implement the Storage Enclosures (with Disks) within 8 weeks from the date of issuance of PO by AIC. For any delay in supply & installation, the bidder is required to pay 1% of the product & installation cost for per week of delay or part thereof with a maximum penalty of 10% of product and installation cost."
