(a) All the relevant documents as per requirement of the Tender also to be submitted physically along with the Tender Fee, EMD cover in sealed cover on OR before due date and time. All such documents should be strictly submitted by RPAD/speed post only. Otherwise the offer will not be considered and no any further communication in the matter will be entertained. (b)any deviation found in Data/Details/Documents between on line offer (e-tendering) and physically submitted documents (Tender document fee, EMD, Vender Registration, Technical and commercial documents etc.) of bidder, offer of the same bidder will not be considered and no any further communication in the matter will be entertained. Further bidders are requested to submit price bid (Schedule B) on-line only and not to submit the price bid in physical form. This is mandatory. If price bid is submitted in physical form, same will not be opened and only on -line submitted price bid will be considered for evaluation. (c) It is mandatory for all the bidders to submit their tender documents by both forms viz. on-line (e-tendering) and physically in schedule time. If tender documents submitted in only any one form, say either by on line or physically, in that case the same tender will not be considered. NOTE: IMPORTANT: The quantity to be purchased will be decided by UGVCL. The UGVCL reserve 1. the right to reduce / enhance the tender quantity as per their requirement at the time of finalization of the tender. 2. Seal and signature at Annexure important Instruction is MUST. 3. EMD COVER MUST CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING : Revise Condition for exemption in Payment of EMD (Caluse No:-11 of Commercial Terms & Condition) : Exemption in Payment of EMD shall be given to the Small, Cottage & Tiny Industrial Units registered under Small Scale Industries of Gujarat State and holding subsequent registration with CSPO/NSIC/DGS & D registration certificate for the item under tender. No relaxation shall be given to the bidders having valid SSI/NSIC certificate of Outside Gujarat State. No relaxation shall be given to the bidders having only one registration number from Government of Gujarat but no subsequent registration with CSPO/NSIC/DGS&D registration certificates for the item under tender Details and document as per clause No. 11 (commercial terms and conditions) of the tender for EMD requirement. List of Order executed in last three years (including supplied made to GUVNL & / or their any subsidiary company) for the tender Items. Please attach Order copies. 3.3 Vendor registration certificate is not necessary for tendered Item. In absence of any of the above, technical bid will not be opened / the opening of tender of the party will be at the discretion of the UGVCL.

If the physical documents of tender will not reach to this office within mentioned date & time offer will be out rightly rejected even of successful submission of On Line Tender. Tenderer has to ensure that the offered quantity as per clause no: 76 of commercial terms and condition of tender of each item should be commensurate with the UGVCL s delivery schedule otherwise offer is liable to be rejected out rightly. The quantity to be purchased will be decided by UGVCL. DELIVERY PERIOD :- The delivery period of the material against this tender shall be supplied within One (1) month at UGVCL, Narol Store Office under Sabarmati Circle Office, from the date of receipt of the order. However early delivery will be acceptable. GUARANTEE:- As per standard manufacturer guarantee. Bidder has to mentioned guarantee period for android mobile and printer in their bid separately on their letter pad. In case UGVCL finds that there is an attempt of cartel in the prices, UGVCL reserves the right to consider or reject any or all the parties offer without assigning any reason thereof. Bank Guarantee against Execution Period & Warranty Period : The Bank Guarantee against Execution Period & Warranty Period is applicable as per Clause No. 12 & 47 of the commercial terms & conditions and this will be in line with the specifications. NO STAGEWISE BANK GUARANTEES WILL BE ACCEPTABLE IN ANY CASE. In addition with the above clause:- 9. Wherever the rate of Security Deposit & Performance Bank Guarantee rate of 5 % is stipulated, the same be considered at 3 % for small, cottage & tiny industrial units of Gujarat State registered under Small Scale Industries of Gujarat State and holding subsequent registration with CSPO/NSIC/DGS&D registration certificate for the item under tender. Wherever the rate of Security Deposit & Performance Bank Guarantee rate of 10 % is stipulated, the same be considered at 6 % for small, cottage & tiny industrial units of Gujarat State registered under Small Scale Industries of Gujarat State and holding subsequent registration with CSPO/NSIC/DGS&D registration certificate for the item under tender.

Clause No. 66: Quantity Tolerance Clause No. 74: Embossing Clause No. 76: Minimum tendering quantity. DELAYED AND LATE TENDERS :- NO TENDER AND SAMPLE SHALL BE ACCEPTED / OPENED IN ANY CASE WHICH ARE RECEIVED AFTER DUE DATE AND TIME OF THE RECEIPT OF TENDER IRRESPECTIVE OF DELAYED DUE TO POSTAL SERVICE OR ANY OTHER REASONS AND UGVCL SHALL NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR LATE RECEIPT OF TENDER / SAMPLE. ANY CORRESPONDANCE IN THIS MATTER WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED. Revise Clause No:-12 of Commercial Terms and Condition is as under: PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE (PG) TOWARDS EXECUTION PERIOD: (i.e. SECURITY DEPOSIT): [Should be paid within 15 (fifteen) days from date of letter of acceptance. The Letter of Acceptance is to be issued against receipt of Confirmation /Acknowledgement of LOI] The successful tenderers will be required to pay an amount equivalent to 10% (Ten) of the value of the order as a Performance Guarantee (Security Deposit) for satisfactory execution of the contract. Such Performance Guarantee (Security Deposit) for satisfactory execution will be payable either in Cash / D.D. / Bank Guarantees only. Bank Guarantees from Scheduled / Nationalized Banks will be acceptable if the amount of security deposit payable exceed Rs.5, 000/-. The Bank Guarantees will be executed on the standard form prescribed by UGVCL. In case of the Bank Guarantees furnished / submitted, they should have clear one time validity till the completion of the order in all respects. Bank Guarantee for Interim period will not be allowed. If by any reasons the supply period is extended then supplier should undertake to renew the Bank Guarantee at least one month before the expiry of the validity ( i.e. without vacuum period and without waiting for UGVCL s intimation seeking extension) failing which UGVCL will be at liberty to encash the same. CORPORATE BANK GUARANTEES AND STAGEWISE BANK GUARANTEES ARE NOT ALLOWED. The successful bidders shall have also to furnish PG (as per condition no. 47 of this Commercial Terms and conditions ) of the contract value towards warranty / guarantee period separately as applicable as per tender conditions.

7 TENDER NOTICE No. UGVCL/SP/IV/697/Mobile and Bluetooth Printer. Performance Guarantee towards Execution Period (Security Deposit) if paid will be returned on successful completion of the Order. Note: Format of Performance Guarantee (PG) & E.M.D. Bank Guarantee attached with commercial terms & conditions has been revised. The E.M.D. Bank Guarantee, Performance Guarantee (PG) for supply period & Performance Guarantee (PG) for warrantee period has to be submitted as per new format & same is attached herewith (i.e. with schedule A). Successful Tenderer shall have to execute an Agreement as per GUVNL guidelines in the event of placement of order. Bidder should clearly mention Guarantee/warrantee period given by OEM 21 with his bid. Also bidder has to submit detail broacher of offered brand with specification and name of model clearly for which quoted against tender. 22 Bidder has to quote full tender quantity of item offered. 23 Bidder must submit technical specifications of offered in detail in comparison with UGVCL tender specification. 24 Authorized dealers are participated in tender inquiry with submission of dealer certificate issued from company. 25 The prices for supply part shall be strictly as per UGVCL online price bid format. No additional charges / taxes shall be given. 26 Bidder has to submit details of Android mobile and Portable Bluetooth printer offered with model no and detail broacher / specification with their bid. 27 Bidders are requested to offer Android mobile with reputed brand in India and having service Centre at District Level. 28 Bidders are requested to mentioned service centre list with their bid. Tender Sample:- At least one no of PDA / mobile and 2 (Two) nos of Bluetooth Printer is required for performance testing in practical scenario. So it is mandatory 29 that, all bidders are requested to submit above requirement as tender sample to The Deputy Engineer, Regional Store Office, UGVCL, Visnagar Road, Mehsana before due date of submission of bid. Offer without sample is liable for rejection without any correspondences. Note:- Bidders are requested to send samples for their offered item. 30 Price bid of those bidder shall only be consider, whose samples passes in the field test. 31 Party has to submit the list of consumables in the printers with yield. Also they shall have to mention the price of consumable which shall also be considered while bid evaluation.

Also UGVCL desires to know the rate for mobile and printer if warranty is to be provided for further 2 Years. In this regards it is mandatory for bidders to 32 quote the rate for standard OEM guarantee and additional 2 year warranty in separate online price bid. It will be at the UGVCL s sole discretion to evaluate the ranking of the bid on the basis of additional warranty cost. 33 It is mandatory for bidders to execute the Service Level Agreement attached herewith tender notice in case of placement of LOA. Penalty in case fail during Service Level Agreement :- 34 Every minor complaint should be attended within 24 Hrs. (One working day) and for major complaint should be attended within 48 hours. If complaint take longer time than scope substitute equipment of same configuration will be provided by the vendor otherwise penalty levied@ 5% of Quarterly Charges of the equipment per day from the date of complaint up to seven days after that from the eighth day the Penalty would be 10% of Quarterly Charges of the equipment per day from the date of complaint.
