7 Surplus Buffer allows for Uva s flexibility to manage parking capacity on Grounds in support of event parking, parking availability, and operations. North Grounds: 1000 Space Buffer at JPJ/U-Hall, provides buffer for event parking and avoids additional transit costs associated with increased use. Central Grounds: 5%, typical operational buffer to allow patrons to find available spaces. (276 spaces) West Grounds: 5%, typical operational buffer to allow patrons to find available spaces.
