Lavingia B.E. (Civil), M.E. (Structure). I.I.Sc. Bangalore, M.I.E. Chartered Engineer and Government Registered Valuer, is Managing Director of the firm. He started working as a Structural Consultants for various Institutional, Multistoried and Industrial buildings since Mr. Umesh G. Lavingia is also a visiting as Professor of Structural engineering at S.I.D.; CEPT, G.I.C.E.A. (Gujarat Institute of Civil Engineers and Architects) has appointed him as Chairman of Structural Engineering Committee. Lavingia Consultants Private Limited, along with its team of Architects, Engineers and Project Managers, have planned, designed and executed multi-million dollar projects on time framed schedule and predetermined costing with latest analytical and management techniques.
