2 Research EMERGENT URBANISMS, ERASURE URBANISM Projects 2010-present (unfunded) Independent research /analysis project exploring particularities of contemporary urbanization primarily in weak (but globalizing) sub/urban environments. Writings and projects have focused on case research sites in the St. Louis City, MO periphery (a desired development hub); with future sites planned. ST. VINCENT GREENWAY EVALUATION ON COMMUNITY SUSTAINABILITY (funded $30,000) Funded through a Washington University I-Cares Grant. Collaborator with Aaron Hipp (PI; Brown School of Social Work), Beth Dodson (Brown School of Social Work, Prevention Research Center). Interdisciplinary urban evaluation study on the role of bike policies and greenway design in promoting community sustainability along the St. Vincent Greenway corridor in St. Louis, MO. ST. VINCENT GREENWAY EVALUATION ON CHILDHOOD OBESITY (funded $30,000) Funded through a Johns Hopkins (and NIH) Rapid Response Grant. Consultant-collaborator with Beth Dodson (PI; Brown School of Social Work, Prevention Research Center), Aaron Hipp (Brown School of Social Work). Interdisciplinary urban evaluation study on the role of bike policies and greenway design in preventing childhood obesity along the St. Vincent Greenway corridor in St. Louis, MO.
