2 locally as Tara, and St. Joseph s Hall of Philosophy at Notre Dame Seminary on Carrollton Avenue. Records are for projects Lockett did on his own, and for projects he partnered with Tilghman G. Chachere, Jr. and Charles Edward Ammen. Some drawings relate to Lockett s brief business ventures, the Allied Engineering Construction Company (1946) and Keystone Builders, Incorporated ( ).
