Road I have attached IM and Resolution This Resolution was approved by City Council on July 28, Prior to the approval of this Resolution, the ADOT had already agreed to return to the drawing board to review alternate routes and had hired a facilitator to begin the process of putting a citizens advisory group together. Conference Center City Council awarded the bid for the conference center feasibility study to Convention Sports and Leisure International (CS&LI), a firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota on July 14, Three firms submitted proposals. CS&LI has done work for both Homer and Soldotna is currently under contract to work on a convention center for Fairbanks. Sara Jansen is the point of contact for the City on this project.

19 Redevelopment depicted on this drawing is intended to represent a scenario of future potential in Downtown La Crosse, not City Vision 2020 Downtown Master Plan Original City Vision 2000 Downtown Master Plan adopted in Implementation led to many public and private improvements, streetscaping, new housing, and commercial development, culminating in the City & DMI receiving the 2002 Great American Mainstreet Award. City Vision 2000 Project Management Team, City and DMI led process to update the City Vision Master Plan. PMT includes business owners, building owners, Institutional leaders, Mayor and Common Council members. Year long process resulted in plan adoption at December 2004 Common Council meeting.
