Completed projects on a timely basis at greatly reduced cost utilizing modular and shopfabricated components. Typical projects included the Walworth County (WI) 104-bed modular detention facility, a customized mobile prenatal unit for San Raphael Hospital in New Haven (CT), and the Minimum Security Dorm for Women in Marin County (CA). Responsible for creation of all architectural and engineering materials required for Product Approval of Lifeline units by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Workshops and Factories. Prepared conceptual plans and proposals for a variety of individual housing, health care and correctional units or complete facilities for submittal to the American Red Cross, agencies of the Department of Defense, and the governments of Trinidad and the Tabagos, Israel and the former Soviet Union to Benatec Associates, Inc Chief Architect Participated in business development, project management and office administration activities as one of three managers in the Columbus (OH) office. Performed plan review, building inspection and building official duties for several municipalities in the central Ohio area.
