3 Jurors Statements Overall, a very strong collection of images! As judges, we had a very tough time turning some of the images away. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of styles submitted... Everything from the very traditional to the abstract. Thank you so much for the opportunity to see the work of so many talented local artists. Erin Pence Just wanted to say Great Show! As judges, we had a tough time selecting winners. Many times, it was just the smallest detail that made a difference between winning, getting hung, or not qualifying. Thanks so much for the opportunity to judge and congratulations to everyone. Steve Perry Advice from judges: Unless intentionally abstract, sharpness and image quality are key, but so is the presentation of image. Make sure the glass is clean and free of dust. It can be the difference between 1 st place and not placing.
