5 Parking, Access and Cargo Area: Blue Mall and Residence has two (2) Parking Levels with a capacity of 127 places for commercial and 37 places for residential. These parking levels have entry and exit for visitors of the Shopping Center though a ramp from Rhine Rd. and it also has an additional independent entrance for the residential area at a side of the building to a new road intersecting with Rhine Rd. Blue Mall and Residence has three (3) pedestrian entrances located on (F-1) giving access to Rhine Rd. Two (2) of these accesses allow visitors to the shopping center, one (1) will give access to the residence private elevators. Vertical Circulation: Blue Mall has two (2) panoramic glass elevators, which run from Basement 2 (B-2) to Piso 5(F 5), to satisfy the visitor s demands to the commercial areas. The two (2) cargo elevators provide services to all the commercial areas from Basement 1 (B-1) to Piso 5(F 5). The two (2) mechanical escalators system are strategically located in the plaza area from Basement 2 (B-2) to Piso 5(F 5) the other located next to the second access, going from the commercial level 1 (F-1) to Piso 5(F-5).
