4 PAMPOROVO Pamporovo is a modern ski resort in the heart of the Rhodope mountains. It is the sunniest Bulgarian mountain resort with wonderful snow throughout the whole season. If you love skiing and winter sports in general, Pamporovo is the place where you can spend unforgettable moments on the snow tracks. Pamporovo, the pearl of the Bulgarian mountain resorts, is situated in the heart of the Rhodopes, some 260 km away from the capital Sofia, 85 km to the south of Plovdiv and 15 km from Smolyan. Just a single day on the ski track is enough to provide you with lovely sun tan, because this place is considered one of the sunniest highland resorts in Bulgaria where the number of sunny days is over 240. The ski runs in Pamporovo are with different level of difficulty. It doesn t matter whether you are a beginner or an experienced skier, the down-slope race is an unforgettable pleasure. Most of the ski runs start on top of peak Snejanka. They are located between 1926 and 1450 m above the sea level. One day on the slopes of Pamporovo is enough to give you a nice golden tan. There are more than 120 sunny days and average snow layer of cm. And the temperature never fall below 7 C. The climate in winter is moderate/mild with a Mediteranean influence. Typical of this region is that nature does not change its moods abruptly, there is no danger of avalanche, and that guarantees the tranquility and safety of your vacation. If you cannot ski, this is not a tragedy, the ski-school in Pamporovo is one of the best in Europe. Highly qualified instructors, speaking at least two foreign languages, train the beginners, in groups or individually. Specialists will help you to make the snow-board a part of your body. The Pamporovo resort is recommended by the experts as a good place both for the beginners and for experienced skiers. The mountain with its rounded forms is friendly, even to children.

5 In the summer months the tourist associates Pamporovo with mountain quiet and calm, multicolored and lush meadows and evergreen coniferous forests. Among the nearby sites worth visiting are the Smolyan Lakes and the wonderful village of Shiroka Laka /an architectural, folklore and ethnographical reserve/ 12 km away. Along tourist trails with excellent marking one can walk to: Izgrev Chalet /about 6 hours/, Perelik Chalet /below the top summit of the Rhodopes bearing the same name, 4 to 5 hours/, the Rozhen saddle /2 hours/, the nearby Orpheus Cliffs and many other scenic sights.

10 NORTH VIEW Level of completion and description of the building technology: Rough construction: stable ferroconcrete structure, brick front walls, complete thermal insulation FACADES: The façade walls are made of 25 cm thick bricks, insulated with 5 cm thick EPS heat insulation that the silicate plaster is put on. All the phlints are insulated with 4 cm. thick XPS. INSIDE DIVISION WALLS: The inside division walls are made of ceramic bricks which are 25 cm thick between the neighbouring apartments and 12.5 cm between room of the same apartments. FLOORS: Corridor floors are covered with granitogress. and living rooms with terracotta, all bedrooms are cover with laminated parquet. DOORS AND WINDOWS: MDF doors are placed at all interior spots.
