24 Brightside'Townhomes South,Brightside,View,Drive Baton,Rouge,,LA,70820 LSU'Law' Housing' Reviews' 2013 Apartment'Rating Safety: Noise: Parking: Maintenance: Office,Staff: Comments: I,had,huge,issues,with,this,company,when,I,first,moved,into,my,condo., They,showed,us,a,model,and,then,placed,us,in,a,completely,different, condo,with,stained,carpet,,a,broken,fridge,,and,countless,other,issues., I,was,extremely,disappointed,because,I,had,previously,lived,at,Campus, Crossings,on,Brightside,which,was,one,of,the,worst,living,experiences, ever.,i,purposefully,moved,to,a,condo,where,i,was,promised,that,i, would,be,dealing,with,a,single,landlord,who,would,only,care,about,my, needs,and,not,the,needs,of,hundreds,of,other,people. When,I,moved,in,,I,discovered,that,I,would,be,talking,to,an,agent,,not, the,actual,landlord,and,that,he,could,care,less,about,my,problems., Our,electricity,bill,is,extremely,high,every,month,because,of,poor, ventilation,in,the,house,and,the,only,reason,why,i'm,still,living,there,is, because,it's,too,much,of,a,hassle,to,move. 1 Apartment'Amenities On'LSU'Bus'Route Pool W/D'in'Unit Gated Fitness'Center Pets'Allowed W/D'on'Site Approx.'Minutes'to'Campus: 10
