2 WORD OF INTRODUCTION When I was starting my own proprietorship back in 1991, I did not even dream that two decades later my company will be hiring almost 150 full-time employees, we will become referenced partner of Orbis Group (Accor), our main market will be located in France, our portfolio will be filled with such prestigious contracts as full interior furnishing of the hotels Radisson Blu in Nantes, Crowne Plaza in Montpellier, OKKO in Nantes and Grenoble, Savoy in Meribel, Sofitel-Victoria in Warsaw and the wall of my office will be decorated with a silver medal of Polish Trade Organization for the best Polish service dedicated to French market. After all, it all did happen. Today, we make another step into the future. Considering the needs of our Clients, as well as the global trends in architecture and construction industry, we expanded our offer to manufacture the so called prefabricated bathrooms, whose proven functionality, and excellent design are very likely to meet with the approval of the owners of hotel chains, academic and medical buildings, or retirement houses. 3 PRODUCTION SYMBIOSIS OF FUNCTIONALITY AND AESTHETICS FUNCTIONAL VALUE OF PRODUCTION PROCESS AESTHETIC VALUE OF FINAL PRODUCT Draft: prefabricated bathroom (by: Patrick Norguet) Profitability of every investment depends on various factors. The issues of greatest importance are: reasonable redistribution of financial resources and effective strategy of time management. Experience, which the staff of Nawrocki Group has been gaining for years, resulted in developing the best production solutions that enable to optimize the investment projects of our Clients. We administer specialized manufacture departments. Consequently, we are able to perform the whole order as part of one enterprise. As a result, every order is performed in time, according to a timetable that was set out with the Investor. Furthermore, since the cooperation with other subcontractors is not necessary, the Client reduces the risk of redistributing additional expenditures during the investment. One contractor, one bill, centralised responsibility of one subject only. Aesthetic values of buildings that serve as academic centres, retirement houses, and particularly penthouses and hotels, influence their market attractiveness. Our Clients care for conceptual coherence of the interiors, attractive design and high quality of materials constitutes an unquestionable value for us. That is why, during each installation we try to perfectly match their projects and change into functional interiors, characterised by beautiful form and durable construction. Our installations are not to be found in any catalogue. Each project is based on an individual vision of the Client. No matter if we deal with complicated room construction, or extremely sophisticated projects, we are known for our readiness to do, literally, everything.
4 PREFABRICATED BATHROOM DEFINITION The expected increase of production, based on a strategy of manufacturing goods within one company, which resulted in financial and time savings of hotel branch Investors, persuaded the management of Nawrocki Group to expand its offer. Since 2013, Nawrocki Group is not only the manufacturer of hotel furniture, but also the producer of functional and aesthetic prefabricated bathrooms. PREFABRICATED BATHROOM A bathroom manufactured in a factory that is located outside? the construction zone. Fully furnished bathrooms are being installed directly in constructed or renovated buildings. Contrary to the so-called module bathrooms (bathrooms made of plastic, with identical sizes), a prefabricated bathroom is manufactured according to the specific needs and architectural project of a particular Investor, considering such issues as: correct parameters of a room s capacity, high quality component materials and elevated project standard.
5 PREFABRICATED BATHROOM ACCOMPLISHMENTS In 2013, Nawrocki Group company signed a contract with French hotel chain OKKO. As a result, 218 bathrooms were installed in the hotels in Nantes and Grenoble. 6 PREFABRICATED BATHROOM - BENEFITS The following issues constitute the main factors that argue in favour of choosing prefabricated bathrooms: 1 Whole bathroom (walls, floors, tiles, fittings, furniture, mirrors, taps and ventialtion) is manufactured in one production hall; Full process of contructing and installing one bathroom in a target place lasts for less than a day; Bathrooms are installed both in buildings that are under construction [whole bathroom installed on subsequent floors with the usage of a crane], as well as in renovated buildings [particular elements are disassembled, moved to a target place and installed again inside]; One, perfectly organized, specialized crew is resposible for manufacuring, transporting and installing bathrooms in a target place; Production materials are extremely light, but also durable, resistant to moisture & rust, the bathrooms are extremely ecological - their components can be easily reused; Prefabrication is the future of modern building! By choosing a prefabricated bathroom, you get a room that meets all the functional and aesthetic requirements; at the same time you reduce the costs of its production (even to 30%) and shorten the time of fulfilling an order. And this is achieved thanks to the synchronization of particular stages of work. Both standard and architectural style of a bathroom are determined by the investor. The standard of a bathroom can equal two/three/four/five star buildings; Bathrooms are produced simultaneously with the construction of the investment, which automatically speeds up the moment of closing the finished building.
7 THE PROCESS OF COOPERATION WITH THE CLIENT FIRST STAGE: CONSULTATIONS ETAP PIERWSZY: KONSULTACJE Making contact with a potential Client. Analysis of architectural projects of the building and rooms. Presentation of the offer and the initial valuation. Signing the contract. SECOND STAGE: PREPARATION OF THE PROJECT Developing an exact timetable for the future actions. Design of all implementing drawings. The Client accepts the proposal or introduces amendments. Construction of the demo bathroom. THIRD STAGE: REALISATION Mounting the prefabricated bathroom s in the outer factory. Preparation for the bathrooms transportation. Transportation of the bathrooms to the destination. Installation of the bathrooms at the destination.
