Our headquarters is located at Technologiepark Dortmund, Germany. In our activities we focus on Real Estate Development, Information Technology and Education. JIG invests in real estate projects such as land development and existing sites of different sizes, both in Germany and abroad. We work with selected partners on a project-by-project basis. At 47 Kampstraße, in the former Commerzbank Building, JIG is planning to establish an innovative High-Tech Office Space. In addition retail spaces will become available on the ground floor, as well as on the first and second floors. The layout of these floors is variable and can be adapted to the needs of future tenant/s.
