It is situated within the extended built-up area of Geroskipos Town, a superb location. Geroskipou tends to unite with the Town of Pafos, even though it has its own municipality. Beautiful countryside, a cosmopolitan resort, historic sites as well as sporting activities, the Pafos region has something for everyone at any time of the year.

30 PAFOS 2/2 PAFOS is the Cypriot seaside resort par excellence and it is said that no visit to Cyprus would be complete without spending at least a few days in Pafos. It offers a superb combination of beautiful scenery and romantically attractions that rightfully has been named by the mythology the birth place of Aphrodite, the Greek Goddess of love and beauty, who according to Homer was washed from the soft sea foam of the Pafian Sea. The economy of Pafos depends largely on tourism and real estate; among the most famous resorts in the district are Kato Pafos, Coral Bay, Latchi, and Aphrodite Hills.
