The weekly rate does not include central heating if used. Payment Details: Deposit 50% upon booking. The 50% outstanding balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival day. Visa and Mastercard are accepted. The Villa has been recently and completely restored. Iit lies in the hillside, in a very quiet location, shortly above the town of Camaiore. The interiors are very bright and comfortable. Modern furnished. The day area consists of an entrance hall, a toilet, a large open space with a fully provided kitchen, dining area and sitting area. All the day area is open onto the the garden and pool. The night area offers two (queen size) bedrooms and two bathrooms, on the same level as the day area. Upstairs another (twin) bedroom with bathroom. In the next door annex, you find another fully equipped apartment with a double Bedroom, a full bathroom, kitchen and living room with a sofabed. The villa is very modern in its furniture and all the modern comfort are provided. Washer, Dryer, Dish-washer, WiFi and air conditioning in every room. The external areas are fully organized and provided with table for dining, parasol. chairs, sun chairs and sun-loungers for your comfort and relax. Of course the barbecue is not missing! There is a roof top terrace furnished with table and chair. Panorama is great and comfort is at the top level! The town of Camaiore is really near. Less than 10 minutes driving. Completely paved road. If you are good walkers you could also take a walk to g t there (20 minutes), keeping in mind that to come back there is some uphill... the area is very good for those love hicking and trekking and mountain biking. Also perfect for passionate cyclists. Also Ideal for those wishing relaxing at the close beaches (20 minutes driving). The town of Camaiore is very nice to visit and discover. it is a small mediaeval town with stores, shops restaurants and cafès. From Camaiore you can easily drive to Pietrasanta and have another nice visit. You can easily reach the Versilia private and exclusive beaches but also the free beaches between Viareggio and Torre del lago and Vecchiano. You can go to the market in Viareggio and walk also along the long promenade. you can go the Wednesday market in the very exclusive Forte dei Marmi but you can also easilt reach Cinque terre Firenze and Siena.
