27 Kempermill Village Pavement Condition The overall pavement condition is fair. These streets were last resurfaced 20 years ago. Sections of the concrete curb need replaced

28 Kempermill Village Pavement Preservation Thin Overlay Extends the useful life of the road up to 12 years. Restores the structural integrity of the pavement Newly paved smooth surface All deteriorated curb will be replaced with new concrete Total Cost = $240,993

29 Kempermill Village Property Assessment 10-Year Assessment Based upon the engineered useful life of the project 60% of Costs = Springfield Township 40% of Costs = $86.06/property/year

30 Property Assessment Process 51% of property owners sign a petition Present the petition to the board of trustees The project goes out for bid Construction starts in late summer/early fall Property assessment is submitted to Hamilton County once the project is completed
