COMMERCIAL" BACKGROUND With over thirty four years in the Real Estate Industry, Bill brings to the table a depth of knowledge and experience rarely seen in today's real estate industry. Prior to real estate Bill was a banker for a number of years and organized a new National Bank in Sussex County, Delaware. His banking career gave him a depth of knowledge in lending, and that experience is used extensively in his real estate practice. Bill holds four Broker's license from various states allowing him to work in many arenas of interest. His knowledge and experience has resulted in a very successful real estate career, with hundreds of transactions and multimillion dollar production. Over the years, Bill has been called upon to, "give back" to the real estate industry and he has done so many, many times. He is the Past President of the Delaware Association of REALTORS (DAR), serves as the RPIC for Delaware and is the FPC to Senator Coons. With DAR, Bill, has served as Treasurer, Director and Chair of Public Policy for four years. He is a Trustee for RPAC. He also serves on the national MLS Committee for National Association of REALTORS, (NAR), and has served on Risk Management. At the local level in Sussex County, he is the Past President, of the Sussex County Association of REALTORS, (SCAOR) and past Chair of the MLS committee of which he has served on for 14 years. He serves on Professional Standards, and the Grievance Committee. He also serves as a Professional Witness for Planning and Zoning matters across the area. Bill has received his MICP designation as a Master of Commercial Real Estate. Bill completed his work at the Darden School at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.
