10 Why Get Paul? Residential rental property managment is no easy task. However, if you mix it up with a little passion, a dash of innovation and a handful of street smarts, you can have a successful real estate and property management business. Actively selling real estate since 1988, Paul Dizmang has always had a knack for flea infested, stinky homes that he has been able to turn into strong, steady, and profitable investments. Paul then started his own firm, Dizmang Properties Inc. in 1995 and created a niche in real estate by building wealth for his core group of investors and offering a turn-key investment/management opportunity. His innovative style has made him a top consistent producer and has sold over 1200 homes. In his spare time, Paul loves to spend time at the lake with his wife, Brooke, and his teenage son. When Jessica Hickok joined the company in 2000, she recognized the need for systems and checklists to be established for the company to grow. After creating and implementing over 100+ checklists, the management side of the company grew from 12 properties to over 200, in which 97% were sold by Dizmang Properties. In addition, she developed the company s web site taking the domain to page 1 of Google search engine rankings without spending one dime for this SEO. Now as the Vice President of Operations, she is working together with Paul in continuing to develop and market the GetPaul brand.
