The Per Unit Cost (PUC) has decreased from the month of October at $539 to $536 for the month of November. HAP expenditures for the year are projected at $44.24 million, resulting in % utilization of HAP funding. We will end the year with a balance of $1.2 million in total HAP reserves. The overall projected voucher utilization for CY 2013 is 99.93%, ending the month of December at 96.97%. County HCV HAP expenditures for the month of November totaled $2,991,983. The PUC remained the same from the month of October to November at $518. HAP expenditures for the year are projected at $34.56 million, resulting in % utilization of HAP funding. We will end the year with a balance of $745,865 in total HAP reserves. The overall projected voucher utilization for CY 2013 is 99.78%, ending the month of December at %. 1

This year, 14 employees are currently enrolled in classes leading to various degree programs, predominantly in Business Administration, Public Administration and Organizational Leadership. Three employees successfully completed their degree programs earlier this year (one AA, one BA and one MA) and a fourth employee is on schedule to complete their BA degree by year s end. For 2013 to date, total reimbursements paid out is $29, Remaining balance of funds in the program for 2013 is $45, With the currently approved classes yet to be reimbursed, and assuming a 90% maximum reimbursement, $9, is earmarked for payout, leaving a balance of $36, in unused funds for To date, 5 employees are expected to complete their degree programs in 2014; 6 employees are on schedule to finish in 2015, and 2 are scheduled to complete programs in

A summary of the goals of our partnership includes: Enhance and provide additional outreach and engagement to individuals residing in encampment areas Assessment of housing needs and coordination of services Reporting regularly to the FFSH Board on outreach activities, provision of housing, client concerns, budget progress, and expected funding needs.
