UNFINISHED BUSINESS 8A PUBLIC HEARINGS ON ORDINANCES 8A.1 O-12-3 Amend Chapter 232, Residential Property Maintenance (Introduction on February 21, 2012) (Public Hearing & Adoption on March 6, 2012) This Ordinance amends and Supplements Chapter 232 entitled Property Maintenance and adopts the International Property Maintenance Code 2012, in part, to protect the public health, safety, morals and welfare of citizens and inhabitants of the Township of Howell by establishing minimum standards governing the maintenance, appearance, condition and occupancy of residential premises. 9. NEW BUSINESS 9A INTRODUCTION OF ORDINANCES 9A.1 O-12-4 Amend Chapter 188 Land Use, Required Parking Regulations (Introduction on March 6, 2012) (Public Hearing & Adoption on March 27, 2012) This Ordinance amends Chapter entitled Dimensional Requirements and Schedules of Required Parking and Loading Spaces and Chapter 216 entitled Parking to update the handicapped accessible parking regulations. 9A.2 O-12-5 Amend Chapter 245, Second Hand Dealers (Introduction on March 6, 2012) (Public Hearing & Adoption on March 27, 2012) This Ordinance amends Chapter 245 entitled Second Hand Dealers to include a provision for the revocation and suspension of a second hand dealer license. 10.
