RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, rescinding award of contract to the Liberty Store, which was awarded by Resolution date April 11, 2017, for the supply of work, sport and lifeguard clothing for various departments in the Township, due to the vendor not meeting the delivery requirements as stipulated in their contract, and orders were cancelled, and upon cancellation, the vendor asked to be removed from the contract. G. RESOLUTION cancelling old outstanding checks. (2) H. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, authorizing the extension of the contract with O Brien s Response Management, Inc., (State Contract No. T-2686, Vendor No ), for FEMA services/database documentation, related to Hurricane Sandy to May 1, 2018 (initially awarded by Resolution of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, on November 16, 2012)(no additional funds are required with this extension)(funds are subject to FEMA reimbursement). I. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, authorizing contract to vendor with state contract, Specialty Vehicle Solutions, LLC, for the purchase of one (1) surveillance van tier EX2, for the Police Department, from State Contract No. G-8007, Vendor No in the total maximum amount not to exceed $151, J. RESOLUTION amending Budget revenues and appropriations for NJ DOT FY 2017 Municipal Aid project elevation of Bay Breeze and Sea Breeze Drive grant. K. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, authorizing change order No. 1 final, releasing performance bond, acceptance of maintenance bond, and authorizing release of retainage and final payment to contractor, P&A Construction, Inc., in the amount of $57,508.10, for the closeout of the Township wide road paving & drainage project phase 2. (reduction in contract in the amount of $31,148.61) L. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, authorizing various cooperative contracts for the purchase of equipment for police vehicles for the Police Department, in the total maximum amount not to exceed $271, O. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, authorizing the Purchasing Division to dispose of, by recycling, six (6) file cabinets at the Police Department, which are no longer needed for public use, or by the Township, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A: P. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, authorizing the Purchasing Division to purchase sixty-four (64) replacement golf cars for the Bey Lea Golf Course, with new/unused 2018 club cars i2 gasoline powered golf cars, to replace defective 2015 models, from KLBL Inc. d/b/a Vic Gerard Golf Cars, for a total contract amount not to exceed $25, or $ per car. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean to attest to an agreement with Richie s Tire Service to provide for removal and recycling of tires for the Department of Public Works, in the amount not to exceed $7, ($ per 45 box trailer load which includes transportation). V. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, amending resolution dated October 10, 2017, rescinding award of contract to central Poly-Bag corp., for item No. 7 to Imperial Bag and Paper Co. Inc., as second lowest bidder, for the supply of janitorial supplies. W. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, authorizing the purchase of propriety software maintenance for Kronos, from JK Seva, Inc., in the amount not to exceed $30, X. RESOLUTION imposing charges incurred under section 111 of the 2006 international property maintenance code as a lien on real property, and -3-

4 directing the Tax Collector to collect these costs, and impose interest on unpaid costs, in the same manner as provided for in collection of real estate taxes in the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey. Y. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean to attest to a shared services agreement between the Township of Toms River and the Township of Manchester for the provision of Conflict of Interest Construction Code Administration Enforcement Services for the Township of Toms River, on an as-needed basis. Z. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean to attest to an affordable housing agreement between the Township of Toms River and Dover Summit Associates, LLC, in connection with property located at 1450 Highway 9, Block , Lots 21, 28, 29, 33.01, and 42, for the proposed construction of a one hundred seventy-five (175) planned residential development, which shall include thirty-five (35) units of affordable rental housing, in the Township of Toms River. AA. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, accepting performance guarantees for a major site plan known as, Block , Lots 1 and 2 (Route 37 West). BB. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, releasing performance guarantees for a major site plan known as Indian Head Plaza, Block 539, Lots 2.03 and 2.04 (Indian Head Road).
