RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, authorizing the award of an open-ended contract to Riggins, Inc., as successful and low bidder, for the purchase of diesel fuel, pursuant to bids received and the master contract awarded by the Township of Stafford as lead agency for the Stafford Township cooperative pricing system. E. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, authorizing a contract for proprietary 2018 software maintenance and support agreement with Edmunds & Associates, for the Edmunds Financial Software System 2018, currently utilized by the Township, for the Department of Finance, in the amount of $41, F. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, rescinding award of contract to the Liberty Store, which was awarded by Resolution date April 11, 2017, for the supply of work, sport and lifeguard clothing for various departments in the Township, due to the vendor not meeting the delivery requirements as stipulated in their contract, and orders were cancelled, and upon cancellation, the vendor asked to be removed from the contract. G. RESOLUTION cancelling old outstanding checks. (2) H. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, authorizing the extension of the contract with O Brien s Response Management, Inc., (State Contract No. T-2686, Vendor No ), for FEMA services/database documentation, related to Hurricane Sandy to May 1, 2018 (initially awarded by Resolution of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, on November 16, 2012)(no additional funds are required with this extension)(funds are subject to FEMA reimbursement). I. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, authorizing contract to vendor with state contract, Specialty Vehicle Solutions, LLC, for the purchase of one (1) surveillance van tier EX2, for the Police Department, from State Contract No. G-8007, Vendor No in the total maximum amount not to exceed $151, J. RESOLUTION amending Budget revenues and appropriations for NJ DOT FY 2017 Municipal Aid project elevation of Bay Breeze and Sea Breeze Drive grant. K. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, authorizing change order No. 1 final, releasing performance bond, acceptance of maintenance bond, and authorizing release of retainage and final payment to contractor, P&A Construction, Inc., in the amount of $57,508.10, for the closeout of the Township wide road paving & drainage project phase 2. (reduction in contract in the amount of $31,148.61) L. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, authorizing award of an open-ended contract for the supply of pool chemicals for Snug Harbor Pool to Main Pool and Chemical Company, Inc., lowest bidder meeting all the specifications. -2-

RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, authorizing various cooperative contracts for the purchase of equipment for police vehicles for the Police Department, in the total maximum amount not to exceed $271, O. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, authorizing the Purchasing Division to dispose of, by recycling, six (6) file cabinets at the Police Department, which are no longer needed for public use, or by the Township, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A: P. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, authorizing contract to vendor with state contract, SHI International Corp., for the purchase of Spatial Data Logic Software Licensing and related services, from State Contract No. M-0003, vendor No , in the total maximum amount not to exceed $50, Q. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean to attest to an agreement with Richie s Tire Service to provide for removal and recycling of tires for the Department of Public Works, in the amount not to exceed $7, ($ per 45 box trailer load which includes transportation). RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, amending resolution dated October 10, 2017, rescinding award of contract to central Poly-Bag corp., for item No. 7 to Imperial Bag and Paper Co. Inc., as second lowest bidder, for the supply of janitorial supplies. W.
