The project, which extends from the Gateway poles to the pylons denoting the end of Yarra Bridge provides dramatic major markers; vertically and horizontally and day and night. In giving this award the jury wishes to acknowledge the significance of the project in creating an awareness for the potential for a rich city environment through the cooperation exhibited to bring this work to realisation.
