MGMA s approach is to determine the best marriage between facade reimagining and interior configuration. MGMA s new designs look for ways of incorporating fresh aesthetics and potential additional leasable space. Bethesda Crossing and 1100 Vermont Avenue, NW in downtown Washington provide excellent examples of what is possible in this new approach to fresh and exciting facades and lobbies that are also profitable for their owners.

Using both conventional pre-cast concrete and tilt-up concrete structural systems, MGMA has lead the market in finding new ways to integrate enhancing systems from all glass facades, offset panels and imbedded materials (brick, stone) to accentuate the opportunities to make attractive functional buildings. Understanding the logistic requirements of truck movement, parking needs, efficient site layout as well as attractive facade design has made MGMA a regional leader in this building type. Sometimes office building designs are shaped by their sites as well as efficient and workable footprints and sometimes by the need to express the user s philosophy and brand image.
