3 Offering the crème de la crème of properties within South East Spain Welcome to the first issue of our new quarterly property magazine aimed at serving the increasing demand in the area for overseas properties for all purchases, investment, retirement, lifestyle and holiday homes. In this issue we are concentrating on bringing together some of the best opportunities in Europe, and in particular South East Spain. For the last 5 years the regions of Murcia, Costa Calida and Costa Blanca have been favourite destinations for the UK purchaser, the beautiful climate (21c average temperature), low land to build density and the sheer convenience of the destination from our local regional airports have seen price increases of over 15% annually.
