3 In my experience life seems to go past more and more quickly as I get older, but even allowing for that it seems incredible to me that I am writing these notes for the 100th Clive Emson Ageas Bowl auction. A Century at a cricket ground, who d have thought it - but where has the time gone?! Having been at the previous 99 Sales and hopefully at the on the way the Sales have evolved, starting in what was effectively a double sized meeting room at what was then, of course, the Rose Bowl - a venue that has developed and expanded as we have over the years, almost in parallel. Since our humble beginnings, we have worked through three increasingly large rooms to our present accommodation in the Shane Warne suite as we have built the business and was a cold start. That is certainly something to be proud of! There have been some notable properties sold along the way including Solent sea forts and former nuclear bunkers many colleagues, both locally and across the company, who have contributed to our reaching this milestone.
